Why I Do What I Do
I started as a web designer, then became a transaction coordinator during the pandemic—grateful for the opportunity, even without experience.
For two years, I worked closely with realtors, learning the ins and outs of their business. I saw what worked, what didn’t, and more importantly—what was missing.
The first realtors who trusted me were also just starting. We grew together. And as they grew, I wanted to help them more.
So I stepped beyond transactions and moved into social media and email marketing.
Three years later, one thing became clear:
Marketing and operations can’t exist separately.
They have to work together.
As the realtors I supported began closing 20+ transactions a year, I saw a different problem emerge.
Success started to feel… exhausting.
It became a constant cycle of reacting—
to messages, to clients, to transactions.
Always available. Always online.
Even when life needed their attention.
I didn’t want that to be the cost of growth.
So we shifted. We built systems.
We created structure.
We stopped reacting—and started operating with intention.
And without even realizing it…
we scaled. And we won.
